We are asking you to prepare your personal documents for the correct filling and read the agreement. If everything is clear you can start to filling the form with attention.

First of all, choose the camp and turns, which your child would like to take part. Next, choose how the child gets to the camp, whether he needs a place in the organized group, from which city. Also, provide information on how the child leaves the camp. If you need we can meet the child or your escort with the child at the railway station or airport. Then specify if you need a transfer from / to the airport.
Later, you can change this information or give detailed information regarding your travel when the manager will contact you.

If a special program for parents is provided in the camp and you would like to order it, just specify WITH PROGRAM.

Fill in the number of the child’s ID or passport and its validity period. Do not be afraid of mistakes – our manager will check everything with you again.

Correctly specify a valid email and your mobile phone number for communication, so that our manager can contact you.

We try to save the time of our customers, and therefore, after clicking the “Send request“, our manager will contact you for checking all the information. After that, the automatically generated contract with invoice will be sent to your e-mail. In case you do not receive the contract, just in case, look at the Spam or Alerts folder of you email box. We kindly ask you to contact the manager if for some reason you cannot receive the contract or cannot fill out the application. The offer agreement comes into force from the moment you send us the application and make an advance payment.

To confirm the reservation in the camp, you have to make an advance payment of 20% of the amount in accordance with agreement during 10 days. The rest of the amount must be paid no later than 14 days before to arrival. The manager will confirm the receipt of payment. Our managers will always be happy to answer your questions.
